Over a month ago, the devastating explosion in the port of Beirut injured and even killed many people and destroyed countless buildings. For the already crisis-ridden country, this is yet another setback that could hardly be overcome without humanitarian aid from abroad. To support one of these relief efforts, VSX – VOGEL SOFTWARE has made an immediate donation to the Dresden-based relief organization, arche noVa – Initiative for People in Need.
Since the beginning of July, products of two further manufacturers, Papantonatos and Pentair, have been available in the pump selection tool on the impeller.net Internet platform. This extends the portfolio of pumps and lifting units, in particular, for sewage technology and drainage as well as products for water supply and irrigation to a very broad range of brands.
The new impeller.net PumpSelector brings buyers, manufacturers and sellers together on a novel platform. The cross-manufacturer concept is unique in its technical depth of detail and addresses a wide range of users.
VSX – VOGEL SOFTWARE is presenting the new impeller.net Internet portal for the first time at the 4th International Rotating Equipment Conference to be held 24 – 25 September 2019. The next generation of the portal is going online end of 2019, offering visitors a unique variety of interesting contents and new functions. In the course of the redesign, special attention is paid to the integrated PumpSelector. The new, open sales platform will integrate the offers of manufacturers and sellers and connect them directly with prospective customers and buyers. After the release of Spaix 5 Version 2019 in March, VSX – VOGEL SOFTWARE now launches the new smartphone app for the technical selection and configuration of centrifugal pumps. The application is the perfect complement to the Spaix 5 main programs and is available for mobile devices with iOS and Android operating systems.
Spaix is now available in the 2019 version with many new features and improvements. With this release, VSX – VOGEL SOFTWARE extends the software by additional functions such as the optional sizing of pumps with combustion engines, material-dependent correction of pump performance curves as well as improvements for food and beverage technologies.
VSX – VOGEL SOFTWARE has extended its Spaix 5 product family by a compact version for pump selection and performance curve optimization. The company decided to transfer the proven multi-platform concept to Quick&Easy that means that besides the desktop version, the software is also available as web and mobile version. Spaix 5 Quick&Easy is especially suitable for small and medium-sized companies which are focusing on performance curve management and pump selection. Pump configuration options as well as proposal management were intentionally omitted.
The brand-new software Spaix 5 developed by VSX – VOGEL SOFTWARE for the selection and configuration of centrifugal pumps is now available. In addition to functional enhancements, the new version particularly shines when it comes to the newly designed user interface, its intuitive operating concept as well as the increased performance.
